Courtney graduated from UMass Amherst with a Communications degree in 2012. So yes, she’s professionally trained to talk to anyone and get things done.​

After school, she worked at a local group home, where she mastered patience, empathy, and the ability to solve problems before most people even notice them. Then, in a bold 24-year-old plot twist, Courtney quit her job with absolutely nothing lined up.​

Luckily, her sister happened to be getting married, so Courtney dove into planning mode. Just picture her going door-to-door handing out candy apple wedding invites like it was her full-time job.​ During one vendor meeting, a caterer offered her a job, and just like that, Courtney entered the world of weddings. She learned rental management, curiously attended site visits, and eventually ran lead on those wild “double” weekends.​

Ten years later, Courtney is fully in her element, bringing energy, expertise, and that signature “I’ve already thought of that” instinct to every celebration.
